I've never been particularly interested in fitting neatly into one box.
My work has moved across executive leadership, project management, research, stakeholder engagement and complex organizational environments. What connects it all is the way I work: I'm curious about people and ideas, but I'm equally interested in how things actually get done.
I can zoom out to see the bigger picture, then zoom in to figure out the details.
I like possibility and process. Creativity and structure. Big ideas and practical next steps.
That combination has become one of my greatest strengths.
